i was trying to work out what that threshold thing is but i think i read in the house of night (another vampire series) that vamps aren’t allowed into houses unless they are invited in, i dunno if thats the same here but this is better

So I just started to watch the shows an I was trying to watch the ones from the marathon that I’m going to miss tonite an while waiting for it to load I read all of this an I think you guys r rediculous… Really ur supposed to talk bout the show not act like little kids, I honestly don’t understand… An I haven’t read the books yet but I have heard that the show doesn’t even give justice to them so I do plan to read them so sirously grow up all of u its stupid to act this way

OPINION ON SOAP OPERA*
i’m agreeing with the sarah person ^^ kettyj , when people talk about the books, they’re expressing how THEY feel, just like you were when you talked about the film! (sorry if i don’t use proper english, i go on msn and so cut words down alot) i mean i ‘ve read the first book, The Awakening & The Struggle, and it dosen’t ruin it at all because the book was completely different to the episodes so far, and also maybe Lana came from england or maybe not but the show isn’t currently playing in england, i read the book and searched it to find a television programe, but it dosen’t play in england… and you said ‘nobody has the right to judge me or tell me what to write’ … and you have no right to judge others or tell them what to write, weather it’s about books or anything other wise.

i don’t like the Lexi girl in episode 8 to be quite honest :/ … i think she’s jeapordising Stefan and Elana’s future together, or trying to, and i think somewhere deap down Damon DOES still love Katherine and i think that’s been pushed on to Elana a bit? maybe not but it’s just m opinion … & by the way i’ve seen all the episoes up to 8 on here so sorry if i skip ahead(:

The show isn’t too bad, I’m a massive fan of True Blood which I think caters more for a mature audience (ESPECIALLY season two) but this, I’m kind of enjoying it.
And guys just another quick thing, don’t worry about if anyone is paying out on you or “acting” tough on the thread here, these discussions are supposed to have different opinions and discussions about the show and where it’s origins are.
Ketty J, I admire that you stand up for yourself and what you believe but other people have their says as well and they respect that you don’t want to talk about the books but let other people discuss the books with out the over PG-15 language

umm..KETTY J… ye im jus sayn that when you said its your own opinion about expressing what you feel.. wel gissele was expressing the way she feels about the books ( like some ppl might want to know more about the books !!!!!! ) so YOU shouldnt b the 1 talking about being able to express yourself and say what you want when you just give out to other ppl for EXPRESSING THEMSELVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow, i was waiting for the episode to load and so i read everything that people have been saying. you guys could seriously turn that into a tv show. its like a soap opera. i don’t understand why its so bad to read the books, for some people, they might want to understand the story completely, which includes finding out as much as they can, and truly, the best way to do this is to read the books, because you get an in depth view of the characters minds and you get to see the thought process behind their actions. Just because some people read the books or are going to read the books, it doesn’t mean that it will ruin it for them, its just a chance to find out more about the story. I’m not saying that you definitely have to read the books, I’m saying that maybe you should consider letting people enjoy the show or the books in their own way.
